If you are training and include road work, sprint, weights diet is the most efficient way to build muscle and improve stamina

Best look at what foods you need to build muscle proteins, vegg, fruits, carbs, and healthy fats. Remember the body cannot store all supplements so taking these can prove ineffective as well as costly

It will be wise to remember that at 16 you are still physically developing - use natural techniques weights will improve the muscle tone but take advise from a gym as to the weights best used for the position in the game you will play

Remember - not all Rugby players are build like barn doors - many that have excellent football skills and quite thin in frame but are agile enough to evade the 17 stone prop charging down on you
