It all depends, 2k has the Baseball rights right now but they expire in 2010. So EA Sports could try and claim them. EA and 2k are third party game developers and if one of them has rights to one sport the other cant. But both Sony and Nintendo could make separate baseball games because they are first party but the game would only be for the PlayStation (like MLB the show 09) and Nintendo's would only be for the wii. It all depends if EA is willing to spend the money to get the rights to it so i guess we will have to wait to find out.
2k i awful at baseball games. Only game out right now that compares to MVP baseball is The Show 09 but that's only for PlayStation
