Depends on the coach so we don't have an answer.
You will want to make sure you can do a regular cartwheel with no problem, almost in your sleep! Then if you are a righty the one hand that stays on the ground is your right arm. If you are a lefty, the one hand that stays on the ground is your left arm. You just have to practice. Try starting the cartwheel with the hand that isn't going to touch the ground, behind your back.
yes. Its not cheer leading. Stretch and you will get close to the splits. you need none of the above. a turn a leap toe touch and maybe a double turn
yes you can and it will not take its magic away only if you touch him/her bare handed
Six: i.e. on the sixth touch the call is handed over to the defending team.
practice your splits. especially straddle, for toe touch.
=Just pratice and stretch often.=
just stretch squat down a little bit and jump up really high and reach and touch your toes
loss of possession (ball handed over to other team)
Sensory.
okay to begin start with toe touches toe touches-look up on youtube how to do one because seeing it will help better than explaining it but make sure you point your toes keep your chest up and smile! splits-I learned my splits in a week or less so keep going down into them and pushing yourself harder! I would also watch videos on youtube because like I said seeing is better than explaining cartwheel-put your heel on the ground push on with your toes lock your body and point your toes this will help also watch videos on youtube goodluck hope you make it :) Miss.cheerleader
i think its still a first gen
Yes they still can get in touch! Unless either one of them delete the others number!
