I don't know about all, but the Pakistanis (and people doing research on Indo-Pak, Pakistani history, Indo-Pak political struggle before 1947) should be learning it.

For Pakistanis: they must learn, who fought for their homeland and owned it for them.

For researchers: When studying about Mahatma Gandhi and Pundit Nehru (of Indian story), it is a MUST to learn about Jinnah (in Pakistan he is called and respected as Quaid e Azam, Father of the nation or literally- Best of the nation)
