Kung Fu is more of a defensive art whereas UFC is an organization that promotes MMA fights. Unless you are well versed in boxing, grappling and submission techniques (like ju-jitsu) it is extremely hard for anyone to even last one round (5 minutes) in a fight.
Most kung fu practitioners do not learn any other art and hence currently there are no kung fu masters in ufc. Maybe in future some of them may end up in ufc after learning the other arts.
