Will it harm your engine?

yes, it can. its possible to damage piston rings and other parts of your engine. This is more likely to happen if the nitrous system is not used correctly. One way for nitrous to harm the engine is if you create a "lean condition" in which there is not enough fuel being sent to the combustion chamber. As nitrous is injected, additional fuel is required.

What will happen if i use all my nitrous at the same time.?

If you mean empty a full tank into a piston chamber in one cycle, you will cause that piston to shatter (due to the fact that everything can only be compressed so much, and you cant cram a whole tank of NOS into a piston chamber) which will cause untold amounts of damage, including but not limited to breaking the crankshaft, destroying the transmission, and other expensive fixes like that.
