If you mean empty a full tank into a piston chamber in one cycle, you will cause that piston to shatter (due to the fact that everything can only be compressed so much, and you cant cram a whole tank of NOS into a piston chamber) which will cause untold amounts of damage, including but not limited to breaking the crankshaft, destroying the transmission, and other expensive fixes like that.
