Because Jack TV already expired contract with WWE Programming and they didn't even renew it. Sadly, many viewers are disappointed with Solar entertainment's wrong move and bad decision. Studio 23 picked up WWE programs but it didn't carry the 100% of it unlike Jack TV but Studio 23 did aired Wrestlemania 28.
