If you don't play/do sports, the fats will build up in your body. Also, paying/doing sports can bring you many positive effects. Sports reduce stress, and allows you be more healthy. Adding on, it is usually better for you to play/do outdoor sports than indoors, because getting that sunlight can get you vitamin D, which you need, and most outdoor sports have you move around more frequently, which means that there would be less chance of getting fat and don't get deseases(being fat often leads you to many diseases, maybe not when you are a child, but as you get older and become an adult, it is most likely to have signs of a lot of diseases).if you dont do sports you fat will buikld up in your body and you will becom fat
