The New England Patriots lost to the New York Giants for a number of reasons.

1. The Patriots had no answer for the pressure that the Giants were bringing with a combination of blitzes and 4 man rushes.

2. Eli Manning played very well and made only one mistake (the interception he threw was the fault of Steve Smith, not Eli's)

3. The Giants held the highest scoring offense in NFL history to 14 total points.

4. The Patriots called three straight passes from the eight yard line on their final touchdown instead of running the ball (and the clock) on their first two plays.

5. Asante Samuel missed an interception on the Giant's winning drive that hit him in the hands. *

6. The Giants won by cheating, they held one of the Patriots defensive lineman allowing Eli to escape on their game winning drive. Also on another play one of the WR should one of their CB's and kept shoving him past the 5 yard limit and then caught the ball to keep their game winning drive alive.

*Written by a Patriots fan attempting to give due respect to the Giants for their win in Super Bowl XLII.

#6 is written by a Giants fan and I think my team didn't deserve to win and plus I wanted to see a team go fully undefeated.
