The choice to name the Redskins this way occurred roughly a century ago, when the term was not viewed as being racist.
It depends on how one uses the term "white racist". To some, white racist is someone who is white and they are also racist. To others, however, a white racist is someone who is racist exclusively towards white people.
He definatly was.
No,she was not racist. She was a helper of every race.
Only if the women choose the white guy simply because he is white and not black. If they choose a guy for his personality, looks or anything else whether he is white or black, then that cannot be considered racist.
Racist is not a verb. Only verbs show tense
The term "Redskin" was probably a negative racist term when it was used by the whites in the 1600s through the 1900s. It is not a term used today. But in the previous centuries white man and woman were afraid of the Native Americans and were amazed at how dark the skin of the Natives was. They claimed it looked like redskin (meaning very tan). Eventually many did refer to the Indians with vehemence as "Redskins". But the reference wore off over time. If you say "Redskins" today you are referring to a sports team not the color of the skin of the Indians.
The ones i know are spear chucker, redskin, and squaw (squaw is for females) but i hope u dont use these cause im half native american. :( SQUAW just means a native woman so they are all squaws and it is not a racist term
Native Americans were called "redskins" due to the reddish color of their skin. Now it is to be considered a racist term.
If we choose to, yes. We aren't racist.
Donald J Trump is absolutely not the first racist president. One of every last presidents we had/have since Washington, has been racist [ not including Barack Obama and Abraham Lincoln].
They were racist and white One of them was George Washington, the future president, who had 1000 slaves.
The reason why is because of stereotypes those "some" choose to believe because of racist attitudes they choose to have because of ignorance and intolerance they choose to let become of them.
you know, it really depends on the person. u honestly cannot ask (or say) "koreans are racist" because that would be unfair to non-racist Koreans, and would be racism itself. Also, it's not like people in other races aren't racist. it depends on what kind of person someone is, and who they choose to be and decide how to act.
No, you won't necessarily be without friends if you are racist. Racists are usually friends with people like them, juts like many choose to be friends with others similar to them. Some people hide their racism from others, so they can even become friends with people they are racist towards.
Washington D.C, that's were the KKK started. J.C.P Well, J.C.P, Washington D.C isn't a state (first off)...and the KKK originated in Indiana (historically and factually speaking)...as for claiming which state is the most racist...that's a pretty funny question to begin with...as if there is a box you can check on the US Census form "are you a racist" and "if so, racist towards..." Every state could claim the prize (even Hawaii) and in the same breath be lauded for their "forward thinking"...it's a question that truly cannot be answered... DB
maybe because they're racist and because they hated different colored people
