∙ 13y agoRule 3, Section 5, Article 8 of the NCAA College Basketball Rules specifies which numbers are legal to be worn on a player's jersey. The numbers include 1-5, 10-15, 15-20 and so on, until the last legal number 55. A team can have players with numbers zero or double zero (00) but not both, as a team cannot have two players with identical numbers.

Collegiate rules only allow numbers up to 5, or example 55.
it is because his father's favorite number is 45, he just want to duplicate half of his fathers accomplishment, so half of 45 is 22.5, it cant be so he decided to round it off so its no. 23. That was the beginning of HIS AIRNESS.

People normally wear college basketball jerseys when attending college basketball games to show support for their team. One might also wear them in many social situations such as playing basketball or hanging out with friends.
