you have to be riding level 3 to create a center. When you create a center, you have the option to limit the entry into your center. You can set a minimum skills level for horses boarding in your center. If someone tries to board a horse in a center that has a minimum skills level and their horse does not have the required skills, they will be denied entry on the grounds that their horse doesn't meet the skills requirements of the center they selected.

you have to level up a few times in your main categories. the main ones are str, def, att. the higher the level in them the easier to level up. if your at a low level it takes more time. the other skills barely ever level you up. rarely do they. if yo want to add me as a friend my user is : sonicxx8
