players are paid so little because they can not organize a strike to get paid more it's always the owners that organize lockouts and plus the owners run the league unlike other sports where the players run it like the NBA

If so, players in this league, as in all three Canadian junior leagues, are not pros and are not paid a salary, no matter what the NCAA would have you believe. The players are paid a standard allowance, their lodging is taken care of and so on. However, there is no salary structure for players as there is in the professional leagues.

Okay so it does depend on what sports you play. I understand Hockey Players, Soccer Players, Football Players. But I've never understood why baseball players are paid just as much, baseball players don't have to go through the same training as any other sport would. But that's is my estimation.
