Because some courses are more detail than other such as medicene takes a big amount of years to complete a masters but on the other hand other courses are not so technical or hard so that is why some masters degrees take longer.
A "PGA tournament" is any tournament on the PGA Tour while the Masters is a specific single tournament. That said, the PGA Championship is a single event which is often referred to as "The PGA Tournament". The PGA Championship is played at a different site in the US from year to year - although several courses have hosted the Championship more than once. Some of the courses have been private clubs while others have been public clubs. The Masters is ALWAYS played at Augusta National Golf Club, a private club. Membership at Augusta National Golf Club is strictly by invitation; there is no application process. Both tournaments are by invitation only, but the PGA does not explicitly invite any amateurs while the Masters invites both professionals and winners of amateur tornaments. The only way for an amateur to guarantee an invitation to the PGA Championship would be to win one of the other PGA majors - i.e. the Masters, the US Open, or the Open Championship. Realistically, if an amateur were to win the British Open they would probably also garner an invitation to the PGA Championship.
The masters is an advanced degree. The higher the educational level, the more marketable you become, and the more doors of opportunity will be opened to you. the masters does not have to be within the same field as you are now. just make sure there is a specific reason for pursuing the degree. In other words, what will be the final result in a tangible way.
Yes, there are many individuals who have completed multiple, bachelors, masters, and doctoral programs. I personally do not know of the individual who holds that record.

"Masters plus 30" is not licentia ad practicandum(literally "license to practice"), but instead is a rank on a payscale. However, unlike other payscale "plus" ranks which refer to time-of-service, "masters plus 30" refers to accredited semester credit hours. The "Masters + 30" term is most commonly used in payscales for educators, and was pioneered by the South Carolina Department of Education many years ago in an effort to attract and retain more experienced teachers. Among southern states, it is used greatly, but might have other names. For example, in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Masters + 30 is also known as "Rank 1". Since Masters +/plus 30 is not recognized as a licentiate, it should not be added to a person's name where their other licentiate (degrees and certifications) appear.

Answer 1: The masters would be more important.Answer 2: The masters can't be earned until and unless one has first earned a bachelors; so what the questioner is really asking is: Is it better to get just a bachelors, or to go on, after that, and get a masters, too?And the answer to that question is that it depends on what kind of career and life one is pursuing. Generally speaking, it's better to have a masters than it is to just have a bachelors. But some careers just don't require that. And so, again, it all just depends on the career. If in doubt, though, get both. It can't hurt (though there are some jobs for which one can actually be "over-educated"); and the person with the masters will be a generally better-educated person.
