Herman Long, Dufff Cooley, Johnny Bates, Bill Collins, Albert Hall and Mark Kotsay all hit for the cycle for the Atlanta Braves however Bill Collins hit for a natural cycle (hitting a single first then a double then a triple and then a Homerun) and he's the only Brave in history to hit for a natural cycle.
Mark Kotsay just hit for the cycle against the Chicago Cubs on August 14, 2008. Prior to that, it was Albert Hall who cycled on September 23, 1987 against the Houston Astros.
