I have played soccer for roughly 20 years, and I am currently a college soccer player. I have never heard the term USPS or anything relating to it. It could possibly be an acronym for a local soccer club or made up acronym relating to "United States Professional Soccer". However, the highest level of soccer in the United States is Major League Soccer (MLS). So my best guess is that it is a local club or something similar, it does not stand for a statistic in soccer or anything relating to that.
