HB/QB Paddy Driscoll of the Chicago Bears and Chicago Cardinals.

Back in the early days of the NFL, many newspapers and magazines voted for an All-Pro team. The first player to be named first team All-Pro by the same newspaper/magazine and played on different teams for an entire season was Driscoll who the Green Bay Press-Gazette named first team All-Pro in 1923 and 1925 when he played with the Bears and 1926 and 1927 when he played with the Cardinals.
