There was no MVP award given in the 1903 World Series, the first the Sox played in, so I will give the MVP to pitcher Bill Dinneen who started four games, winning three, with an ERA of 2.06 and two shutouts.
Mike Lowell of the Boston Red Sox was the 2007 World Series MVP.
Sandy Koufax of the Los Angeles Dodgers won the World Series MVP award in 1963. Koufax won the Cy Young award, regular season MVP award, and World Series MVP award that season. It was the only time that feat has been accomplished.

Mike Schmidt, Philadelphia Phillies 1980. Schmidt was a unanimous choice for the NL MVP and won the World Series MVP against the Kansas City Royals. Buster Posey won the 2012 NL MVP award and the World series in 2012. He was not, however, World Series MVP.
The Pittsburgh Pirate beat the New York Yankees. I think it was won by a game 7 home run by second baseman Bill Mazaroski who may well have been the MVP. Bobby Richardson of the Yankees was the MVP of the 1960 World Series.
Josh Beckett is a two time World Series champion, winning in 2003 with the Florida Marlins and in 2007 with the Boston Red Sox. He was also the 2003 World Series MVP.
Ray Knight of the New York Mets won the World Series MVP award in 1986.
