Micheal's mom did drugs and got sent to jail... micheals dad got murdered... Micheal went to foster care and every time he ended up running away looking for his mom to save her.... Micheals life was very hard.... His mom has had so many kids she lost count

∙ 10y agoMichael Oher's birth mother is Denise Oher. When Oher was younger, Denise was acrack addict, and as a result, he wound up in foster homes. He eventually was admitted to Briarcrest Christian School in Memphis, TN, where he was fortunate to meet the Tuohy family, whose kids also went to that school. Taking him in, Leigh Ann Tuohy, eventually adopted him.
