It is either a Daytona helmet or a novelty brand. Daytona makes the smallest helmets out there.
Theres no best hockey helmet. Some of the better brands are Itech, RBK, Bauer.

GoPro makes various helmet mounts for their helmet cameras, which allow the helmetcam to be mounted to helmets with smooth surfaces, and helmets with ventilation holes. GoPro makes extremely adhesive curved and flat mounts that can be stuck on any helmet with a smooth surface. They also make a mount which straps into ventilation holes commonly placed on helmets. Lastly, if those two mounting options are not compatible with your helmet, they also make a headband type mount which is very similar to a headlamp, which can be used with any helmet as well.

You could... but why? It makes your helmet pretty much useless since it could come off at any second. Also, most leagues have rules that require your helmet to be properly attached.
a good welding helmet must be tolerable to very high temperatures. It should be large enough to protect your face and neck. It should be light in weight. It should have a comfortable headband.

If the helmet fits your head well, and has a label inside saying that it's compliant with CPSC, Snell or ASTM standards, then it's probably a good, safe helmet - providing it's not too old, or has taken a bad impact already. I'll post a link with more info.
