The best kept sports consulting secret in sports. With over 18 years of experience in health, fitness, and sports performance improvements, Ziegler has helped some of the world's greatest athletes find their groove in baseball, Olympic softball, basketball, football and many other sports.

In 1994, Ziegler started his first sports performance training company developing speed and conditioning programs for high school teams in Arizona. Over a 5 year period, his programs helped lead four high school football teams to state championships. In addition, his efforts helped over two dozen NFL players stay on the field including Super Bowl Champion Derek LoVille, Chris Oldham, and NFC champion Chris Walsh of the Minnesota Vikings, journeyman Quarterback Stoney Case, and all-Pro Linebacker Seth Joyner.

In 2002, Ziegler launched sports performance training programs using 3D-motion capture technology to help identify specific areas of related to muscle imbalances, reducing risk of injury and potential areas for improvement related to sports performance. Working quietly Behind the Scenes with some of the greatest athletes, Ziegler never sought exposure or credit for any improvements made by athletes he worked with on and off the field or court. Some of Ziegler's contributions are as follows:

In 2005-06, Ziegler helped Canadian Olympic team member and National Pro Fastpitch Co-Pitcher of the Year Lauren Bay successfully recover from multiple fractures in her drag leg. Playing with a brace since 2003 which led to a decline in her performance, Bay spent 6 weeks with Ziegler. In less than, three weeks, Bay was throwing without the brace and pain free. In addition, Bay's throwing velocity went from 63 MPH to 69 MPH. Ziegler also continued to consult with Bay who was so impressed that soon Lauren's brother and MLB NL Rookie of the Year, Jason Bay was soon spending time getting his swing analyzed in Ziegler's training center.

In 2007, mired in a slump for the first month of the season, 2006 MLB NL Rookie of the year, Ryan Howard called on Ziegler to help. Desiring to protect the privacy of his services, Ziegler flew to Philadelphia and drove with Howard to a remote training center 30 miles away from the media and prying eyes to help. Using 3D-motion capture technology as an assessment tool, Ziegler identified specific weaknesses from Howard's left foot to his left hip which caused him to constantly be late on his swing. The issues had led to more pop outs and long flyballs than homeruns. Armed with one swing tip and several stretches from Ziegler, Howard went out later that evening and hit his second homerun of the season. As is often the case, Howard thought his slump was cured and failed to continue to exercises and stretches recommended Ziegler. As predicted, Howard went on the DL, recovered from the weaknesses in his left foot, and went on to tear up national league pitchers for 45 more homeruns as Ziegler had predicted.

In 2008, Ziegler was busy going from baseball to basketball. Prior to trading for future MLB Hall of Fame Pitcher, Johan Santana, Ziegler could be found meeting with New York Mets pitching coaches discussing Santana's biomechanics and health. Asked by then pitching coach Rick Petersen, "If you had the chance would trade for him? I have to call our GM right now and tell him. Armed again with 3D motion capture, Ziegler gave his blessing to complete the trade. After landing back in Arizona a few hours later, Ziegler learned that trade had been completed.

The Phoenix Suns made a move to bring the "Big Cactus", future hall of fame center, Shaquille O'Neal to enhance their team. Once O'Neal arrived in Phoenix, Ziegler again worked behind the scenes to assess the biomechanics of his freethrow shooting. Under cover of darkness, Ziegler entered the Suns practice facility after hours, where O'Neal worked on his freethrow shooting. After a lengthy practice and the analysis of almost 30 freethrows, Ziegler confirmed issues related to balance and muscular weaknesses in O'Neal's feet and suggested a temporary fix and long term treatment program, which led to O'Neal going on a freethrow shooting tear. At one point O'Neal was 17-23 and had one of the best second half seasons of his career at the freethrow line. Ziegler could even be seen behind the Suns bench directing O'Neal at the free throw line during the playoff series with the San Antonio Spurs.

Later in 2008, Ziegler made trips to Portland and LA, to assess the health and viability of Trailblazers star center Greg Oden and all of his Trailblazer teammates. Oden temporarily improved based on Ziegler's analysis. But because the program of improvement was stopped too soon, Oden and several teammates later suffered the exact injuries Ziegler had predicted. It was now time for Ziegler to do more! And such was born a new reality show aimed at helping millions of viewers realize that when the doctor says rest and recover, there is another option. So when the world says you can't achieve, Ziegler shows you how to succeed! Thousands of athletes have benefited one on one, and now you too have a chance to work with one of the greatest minds in sports performance training and biomechanics.

Ziegler has also:

· Directed, Produced, and Hosted 30 Minute Sports Television Show which

aired on FSN-Fox Sports Network in 2007 and on AZ-TV in 2006.

· Conducted Biomechanics Testing Programs for Minor and Major League

Baseball Teams, NBA, and NFL Teams including the New York Mets, Portland

Trailblazers, Phoenix Suns, New York Knicks, and Houston Rockets

· Conducted Private Biomechanics Testing Services for Individual Athletes

Including Ryan Howard, Shaquille O'Neal, Anquan Boldin, and Greg Oden for

the Purpose of Implementing Rehab Programs

· Conducted research on the biomechanics data of over 50,000 unique sports

motions and other physical activities.

In 2008 Mr. Ziegler's company was the victim of alleged illegal activity when consultants hired by Ziegler, utilized company funds for personal expenses including paying their mortgages, purchasing expensive vehicles, and other personal expenses. The use of the funds was without the consent of Ziegler who filed several complaints with authorities in Arizona and California. The company was sued in civil complaints in two states related to the actions of the consultant(s). And because neither Ziegler nor the company (which had been forced out of business as a result of the actions of the consultants) was able oppose the suits, a default judgment was entered against the company in each civil procedure.

In 2012, Ziegler was able to demonstrate following criminal charges that he was not involved and that instead he was merely a victim of the actions of others. Ziegler was able to demonstrate that all of the funds under his control were used as had been intended to grow the business, prepare the company for a reverse merger with a public company and secure business relationships with professional teams and athletes. While not a party to any criminal activity, Ziegler agreed to repay people who lost funds due to the actions of others because "it was the right thing to do."

Since 2008, Zig Ziegler has been working to rebuild his name and his reputation since the suits and continues to work with athletes and those seeking improved health and fitness.
