Pakistani Test cricketer Hasan Raza (born March 11, 1982) made his Test cricket debut at the age of 14 years, 227 days, on October 24, 1996, against Zimbabwe. Raza made his Quaid-e-Azam Trophy debut just two weeks previously.
As of the 2009-10 season, Raza still plays first-class cricket, for Habib Bank Limited, who he has represented since the 1999-2000 season.

As far as I know, it's Mohammad Aamer from the Pakistani side. He's a left arm pace bowler, and he's only 17! He played in this years Champions Trophy and earlier this year in the World Cup. :)
