That was Hubert Raudaschl of Austria who participated in the sailing event in all Summer Games between 1964-1996. He won silver in 1968 and 1980. He was the only athlete to have competed in 9 Olympic Games until equestrian Ian Millar competed in his 9th Games in 2008 in Beijing.
