I believe that the best corner back is one who can outrun his opponent, and doesn't even get the chance to make any picks. If the corner back is really doing his job, the ball should not even come in his direction. My advice is to do a lot of running. You can do agility drills as well, and get familiar with changing direction constantly. If you have a friend that is willing to do it, practice with him. It is always easier to know what to do if you have already done it.
