I would say LeBron James. He has the speed and handling abilities to play point guard, the quickness and scoring ability to play the shooting guard, the power and scoring ability to play the small forward, and the power and strength to play the power forward. He can even play the center under drastic measures.

Wilt Chamberlain was the best offensive player and the 2nd best defensive player of all time. He was the best rebounder of all time, and once led the league in assists. Bob Pettit was the most versatile player of all time, as he could do a little of everything, and he could score from anywhere on the floor. Magic Johnson could play all five positions credibly.
