Toronto Marlies
The Toronto Marlies of the AHL. They were formerly the St. John's (Newfoundland) Maple Leafs, but moved to T.O. a few years ago.
With the way the Leafs are playing this year, I'm tempted to say the Toronto Marlies who are having a tremendous year in the AHL. However, as bad as they are this year it is still the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Yes. Its the St. Johns Fog Devils and they are part of the QMJHL (Quebec Major Junior Hockey League) This however, is their last season. They'll be moving to Quebec after the 2007-08 season. Up until 2005-06 [i think] The Toronto Maple Leafs farm team in the AHL, the St. Johns Maple Leafs, was here. But they moved to Toronto and became the Toronto Marlies.
The Maple Leafs began the 2007-08 season with Vesa Toskala and Andrew Raycroft as their two goalies. Due to an injury to Toskala, Scott Clemmensen was recalled and played in three games before being reassigned to the Leafs' AHL affiliate the Toronto Marlies on January 10th. The following day, Justin Pogge was recalled from the Marlies to join the Leafs. Should the Maple Leafs need to call up a different goaltender from the minors, James Reimer would be next in line.

No, they would still remain with the Anaheim Ducks organization. If you are referring to Troy Bodie and Brennan Evans, and Matt Beleskey, yeah, they were still with the Anaheim Ducks organization at the time. Anaheim did not have an AHL affiliate, so they loaned them to the Marlies.
Brian Burke played in the AHL for several games but then went on to get numerous degrees and then go on to become the GM of the Hartford Whalers, Vancouver Canucks, Anaheim Ducks and the president and GM of the Toronto Maple Leafs. He is also known for signing the Sedin brothers and winning a Stanley Cup with the Anaheim Ducks.
