He is first Pakistani 13 year boy who successfully participated in 15 days Pak-UK Joint cave exploration and Rock-climbing training course / expedition 2006 and achieved Silver & Bronze Medals in the 30th National Games 2007 Canoeing events. He is the best most Junior Canoeist, Rock-Climber, Caver and Rower of Pakistan in age of 13 years. He Received Pakistan's Best Kayaker Award of the year 2007, Awarded by the Caretaker Federal minister of Sports and Culture, on 23rd March 2008. He won two Gold Medals in All Balochistan ANF Canoeing Championship June 2008, and one Gold Medal in All Balochistan Independence-day Canoeing Championship, 14t August 2008. Mohammad Abubakar Durrani also win Two Gold Medals in the all Balochistan 14th August Independence-day Kayaking Championship held on 12, 13, 14th August 2009 at HDWSA Hanna Lake Quetta Sponssored by Pakistan Custom Quetta.
