Polocrosse is a sport on Horseback combined between Polo and lacrosse. There is 3 people per team. There are 3 positions. Position 1 you would shoot and are aloud in the D. Position 2 you stay near the center and get the ball to number 1. Position 3, you defend the goal. It is a dangerous sport depending on what grade you play. primary juniors and juniors are not dangerous but when you get to higher grades such as A grade, it can be very dangerous. Make sure you have the right equipment and wear a polocrosse helmet. Check you have a horse which is used to the sticks in their face and is suitable for your role.
Almost every country, if not every club, is going to have different idea's how to grade a horse. However, in general, horses are graded on how high a game of polocrosse they can play. Meaning that they can keep up with the speed, the agility required; that they can stop appropriately, handle the game of riding close to other horses, and overall play the game.

Equipment for a match for polocrosse is as follows: Horse: Polo wraps or other protective leg coverings, bell boots, a bridle with a bit that does not have protruding sidebars (no full cheek bits, or Pelhams), a breast plate, and a saddle without a horn (most commonly an Australian Stock Saddle or an English saddle). Rider: Ball, Racquet, helmet (often with face mask, but not required), team jersey with number on the back, white breeches or jeans, appropriate footwear (boots with a heel).
