I believe the life-sized Robert Irsay doll was created by Mike Ricigliano, a cartoonist for the Baltimore Sun newspaper. He used to take it with him to games (for instance in Philadelphia when the Eagles played the Indianapolis Colts) and place it in the seat next to him. Always drew a lot of attention and laughs. However, I'm not sure about any television interview with the doll.
