Miami. Nebraska's national championships were all awarded, by the AP or some other polling organization, in the days before the BCS. One of Miami's national championships, in 2001, was actually won, on the field, in a "National Championship Game", in which Miami defeated Nebraska 37-14 in the Rose Bowl. So Miami 1, Nebraska 0.
