Cheerleading Schools are for incoming cheerleaders. They teach you everything there is to know about cheerleading. They teach you stunts, cheers, dances, stretching, flexability, safety etc... :)
well, i go to a school in saint Lucia and everyone in the school can shake. our principal's not really into this as she is not so young. i guess schools think cheerleading is awesome!

Nowadays there is a lot of tumbling and stunting (acro) in cheerleading most high schools do both and all All-Star teams do both
