Prior to the 2010 Games in Vancouver, the U.S. has won 31 Olympic medals in alpine skiing (12 gold, 15 silver, 4 bronze). Women have won 20 medals (8 gold, 9 silver, 3 bronze) and men have won 11 medals (4 gold, 6 silver, 1 bronze).
