a tippman 98 because u can upgrade it more its not as old as a 68 those things r classic haha i would go with the 98 custom
Yes, the tippmann 98 and the tippmann custom are the same marker, therefore the threading of the barrel will be the same.
They are both around the same performance. The J&J may be slightly better, being ceramic.
The A5 is internally the same as the t68, but has a cyclone feed that allows balls to be fed faster. It also has a fore-grip, which is useful in holding the marker. I would value these things at more than ten dollars, which is the price difference.

No, the mounting screws are different, it will not fit the 98. There is a 98/USarmy cyclone feed made that will fit.
