It depends on what you mean, If you mean "What hormone increases the performance of an athlete" then the answer is testosterone. This hormone is naturally secreted in much bigger quantities in men than in women, but both men and women secret testosterone.

When an athlete demonstrates overwhelming joy (from winning/scoring a point/game/match) it is usually the testosterone kicking in, that is why the athlete usually fists the air and/or shouts enthusiastically.
