Kevin Bradshaw, US International (Alliant Intl), scored 72 points against Loyola Marymount on 01/05/91 which is the record for most points scored by a D1 player against a D1 school. Frank Selvy of Furman scored 100 points against Newberry College (D2) on 02/13/54.
Austin Carr for ND Austin Carr scored 61 points vs. Ohio University in an NCAA game, but it was not a Final Four game. Bill Bradley has the record: 58 points vs. Wichita State in 1965.
Im not sure what the record is but i know Duke has scored 12 points in one minute. Im sure there is probably a better record but maybe that's a starting point. I think the game was against Kentucky back in the 90's That is an impressive output but Tracy Mcgrady scored 13 points in 33 seconds to get the go ahead win against the Spurs 81-80...TMAC IS A GOD.
Most points they've scored that i know of was against #3 Wake Forest in Death Valley in 1981 was a 82-24 Victory for the tigers
