The 1960 World Series ended on a Game 7 Walk-off Homerun by Bill Mazeroski of Pittsburgh (against NY Yankees). Also Joe Carter of Toronto hit a World Series ending home run in Game 6 of the 1993 Series against Philadelphia (notably Toronto was trailing 6-5 when Carter hit the 3-run homer it is one of two come from behind walk-off homeruns in WS history).
The 2010 World Series has yet to occur.
