As of the end of the 2007 season, The University of Alabama had 29 seasons in which they won 10 or more games. There have been 16 seasons winning 10 games, 10 seasons winning 11 games, 2 seasons winning 12 games, and 1 season winning 13 games. However, because of the participation of a player later determined to be ineligible by the NCAA for having contact with a sports agent, the University of Alabama forfeited 10 games from the 1993 season. All of them prior to Super Bowl XII in 1978 started between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. ET.SB XII started at 6 p.m. ET. A couple more '80s games started at 4 or 4:30, but apart from then it's been at 6 or later ever since.
