You have to be a secret agent to get these. If you are then go to HQ and open the F.I.S.H book to the clothes and there is a secret button on the glasses. Click on them and it will say to buy the goggles and there you go. If you still have trouble then its because your not a member and/or you are out of coins sorry about either one! =( =)
