Yes. The style of play. Number of players, number of teams, rules have been added and removed, leagues have been created since then and a lot more.
Not since it was ratified.
Though it might seem like playing basketball helps you grow taller since most basketball players are tall, that is not the case. Playing basketball does not affect your height any more then any other sport activity.

Backboards have been invented to prevent spectators from leaning over balconies where baskets were attached and interfering with shots. Also, a laceless Basketball became official in 1950. The basketballs are not laced or sewn any more. they dont use peach baskets any more to play the game with, like they did when it was invented. the backboard and basketballs are laced or sewn anymore

When basketball was first invented people who played used a peack basket or a bucket. When the made a shot they would have to get a ladder to get the ball, but then someone cut a hole made a shot and they didn't have to retrive it, this is what majorly affected basket ball.

Yes, James Naismith faced several obstacles in his journey to create basketball. As a physical education instructor, he had limited resources and facilities at the International YMCA Training School in Springfield, Massachusetts. Additionally, he had to find a way to engage students during the winter months, as traditional outdoor sports were not feasible. Despite these challenges, he successfully developed the game of basketball in 1891, which has since become a global phenomenon.
I would guess Nascar or the NBA. Nascar, because its fan base is mostly white southerners and I don't recall any driver who has been any other race besides white, and the NBA, since any basketball player who is not black is percieved to be handicapped (there was even a basketball movie called White Men Can't Jump).
The federal bankruptcy laws changed in October of 2005. I don't think there have been any changes since then.
