I don't think that it has changed since Gold & Silver, but it should do what it says, i.e. 'Infinite first slot item' will give you infinite items in the first slot of your pack. Assuming that the code was entered correctly.

No that doesn't work because codejunkies just has the downloading stuff -Jessi Circle she's rite but to activate it put an item put a type of pokeball you don't use in the first slot of the ball items, then exit out of the bag then push l+r at the same time and you should have 999 masterballs. hope that helps hackmastr123456
