The fuel filter is located just forward of the passenger side rear tire. You need a special tool to remove it once you've located it. It can be bought from just about any automotive store for under 20 bucks!

The fuel filter is located on the driver side underside. It easier to use needle nose pliers. Press the clips together and pull the fuel line off. You have to take off the bracket holding the fuel filter and then push out the old one. Replace the clip and re-install. I just replaced one on 8/5/06
