By referee helper, are you referring to the man on the sides of the field? If so, then you are talking about a linesman.
[EDIT]
According to the LAWS of the GAME pubished by FIFA. The "referee helper" and "linesmen" are officially named "Assistant Referees." In some matches another official, the "Fourth Official," is responseable for recording match information, maintining order of the bench area, subsitutions, and other responsabilities given to him by the referee.

referee's?
3 - One on the field and 2 side refs.ACTUALLY, there are four. 1 main one, 2 assistants on the sideline, and one ref that manages the subs or coaches.(the guy who holds up the board)In professional soccer, usually just one on the pitch. There are also two linesmen.
Play continues. The assistant referee is considered part of the field just like the referee. You may be sure that the referee will address this inattentiveness issue with the assistant referee at the half or after the match.
5 structures can be: the soccer net the referee the players the soccer field and the soccer ball I hope it helped!
