Babe Ruth is black
Babe Ruth went to private catholic school in Baltimore called Cardinal Gibbons. This is also where he got his name- Babe. After his mother abandoned him and his father, his father opened a bar. With no adult supervision, Babe turned to Baseball. The baseball coach for Cardinal Gibbons noticed Babe and wanted him on his team. But Babe was too young to go to high school. So the coach legally adopted Babe Ruth, forged his age and put him on the team. His high school baseball teammates called him Baby b/c they knew he was too young. Eventually, Babe stuck. P.S. Cardinal Gibbons closed in 2010 due to lack of funds! Shame!!
