I think it will be on Foxsports 2, but if not, then surely it would be on ESPN. The game is on at 4pm Sunday afternoon in Arizona, so that means a 10am start on Monday. (sydney time)
Don't know how many pubs will be open at that time to have the game on foxsports, so find someone with foxtel and watch it there . . . (bring the popcorn and hotsauce)
