Pre-lit Christmas trees can be purchased from many department stores and online stores including: Sears, Bed Bath and Beyond, Brookstone, Target, and Home Depot.
Pre-lit trees already include all the lights strung up on the tree, so people can avoid the muss and fuss involved in attaching them to their holiday tree. Most pre-lit trees are artificial.
Fiber Optic Christmas trees are the same as regular Christmas trees except that they come pre-lit. There is no need to hang lights on the tree. These trees can be purchased at stores such as Walmart.
The purpose of a pre-lit Christmas tree is to eliminate the hassle of having to untangle strands of holiday lights and having to then wrap them around the tree. The pre-lit Christmas tree already has lights strung on it, and it is easier to put up and take down.
Yes, I have a pre-lit tree and I have plenty of decorations on it, there is no reason why you cannot decorate a pre-lit tree.
Online buying options for artificial Christmas trees are more plentiful than before. Sites like Wayfair, Amazon, Tree Classics, and Lowe's all have these items in stock during the holiday season.
