The West Field 22 bolt action long barrel is worth $100-$400
I was just at a gun show today in Harrisburg, PA. There were a few there ranging in price from $225-$275.
My Springfield model 83 ( J Stevens) is stamped 22 Short, Long and Long Rifle on Barrel. If yours is as well, then yes, it would fire LR rounds.
580mm, or 22.83 inches. Rather long barrel for a .22 rifle.
22 inches
This may be your rifle. It was made by Marlin: Model 81 or 781. Bolt action 22 short and long bullet. 22" barrel. My catalogue list it as a model 81TS made between 1998-2004.
22 bolt action rifles come in all different name brands and model numbers. Without knowing who manufactured the weapon and what year the weapon was manufactured, it would be impossible to research the value of the weapon.
I have a Savage Model 120 rifle; I would not sell the bolt but would consider selling the rifle with the bolt in it. My e-Mail is Webmaster@dairl.com
Depends on the model
Your marlin should be marked on the side of the barrel as to which type of 22 ammo it needs.example of 22 short,22long.22 long rifle,22magnum.
Did you load it with .22L (Long) or .22 LR (Long Rifle)? As long as the bolt opens rearward or can be removed, you should be able to safely remove the cartridge by gently running a cleaning rod down the barrel to push it out the breach. If the bolt will not open at all now, do not try to force it...take it to a gun shop/gun smith.
50-1000 depending on specifics
