∙ 13y agoThose are called Loco Bats, they are registered trademarks of Wiffle Inc. They are currently made by Tommy LoCascio of NY. By Google or eBay search is the best way to find them.

The big blue bats are actually called Screwball Bats. They are very short, but the barrel size is the attraction for top level wiffleball players. Loco Bats are an adaptation of the Screwball Bat. The lower portion of the handle is cut off and a different handle is inserted to add overall length to the bat. This is a common practice that has been used for decades on all types of plastic bats.
Tom LoCascio may have been the first serious wiffler to discover the Screwball brand of bat and offered to share his bat modifying skills with the nation. It wasn't long until others were able to secure Screwball bats in their original form and start their own "brand" of big, blue barrelled bats. wiffleballusa.com advertises their own version.

Why is wiffle ball a weak sport?
Wiffle ball is a weak sport because my grandma can play it easy. It is so easy a caveman can do it. Seth Jones is a primary example. I implore you to look at his 2 inning record of no hits to Austin's 90 inning record without a hit. This sport is so easy that there is no contact and i still made people hurt. BPF is the Bat Performance Factor. When a bat is tested, it is fixed in a stationery position. A ball is launched at a high speed towards the barrel of the bat. When the ball bounces off of the bat, the speed is recorded to find out how much faster it goes when it comes off of the bat. That is how the BPF is calculated. If the ball comes off of the bat at the same speed, the BPF is 1.00 If the ball comes off of the bat 20% faster, the BPF is 1.20

When a ball is being struck by a bat it certainly exerts a reaction force on the bat. But the bat does not move backward because the reaction is not enough to move the bat as it is much heavier than the ball. The reaction force is felt by the person who strikes the ball with the bat through his arm. If the ball is heavier than the ball the bat will surely get the reaction force and move back.
