According to Balanced Body (Pilates.com) the copyright for those DVD's is held by Bally's Total Fitness. When they filed bankruptcy the rights to sell those DVD's went on hold and distribution is being held up as a result. I also want to buy them and have requested that Balance Body contact me when this is settled and more are made available. Call 1-800-745-2837 and put your name on the waiting list! Hope this helps.
