You can either purchase it through a paintball shop. Or but directly through virtue. I recommend this, because then you know you are getting exactly what you payed for.
The Virtue board in a Vibe raises the rate of fire, amount of modes, and allows for more customizability. The only downside is the board costs as much as the Vibe itself. The vibe is 140 and the board is 110
It is a clone of the SP vibe, and it is currently for sale.
a cheap good one is the smart parts vibe and for a little more the azodin blitz. the vibe shoots 11bps and costs $160 with ship. the blitz shoots 20bps for $170 with ship. i suggest the blitz though.
If the upgrade is the black heart board, get the vibe. If the upgrade is anything else get the blitz.
The Smart Parts Vibe does not have "eyes" or any form of Break Beam Eye System. Eyes are similar to a deer in headlights, if the lasers do not see a paintball, it will not register in the solenoid. The Smart Parts Vibe was designed to be a low cost marker therefore eyes were not seen as a necessity. In all honesty, the marker was only designed to fire around 10 bps (balls per second) therefore one should not experience to much ball breakage. If you wanted to have eyes in the Vibe, there is an upgrade available as of 2009. The Black Heart Board/Breach upgrade, comes with an entire new breach, with slots for laser eyes (which come provided with the board). It retails for around $100.00.
It all depends on what the trigger is designed for. On nearly all aftermarket triggers, it will say (name of trigger) for (name of marker). So an example would be the "Critical Rolling Berring Trigger", for the Vibe. Only the Vibe can use this trigger.
I currently own both. The Vs2 is heavier, and doesnt have the upgrades of the Vibe. But the Vs2 has an on.off Regulator, Two-piece barrel and a Tightening Feed neck, which would cost you about 100 extra atleast to put on the vibe. But, it only has Semi and 3-round burst. Also, you can only use N2 on the Vs2 while you can use CO2 on the Vibe. Personally, I prefer the Vs2. But, possibly go with the Ion or Proto SLG for a little extra. They are both better overall.
It depends on if you think you will stay with it. There is the Tippmann 98 Cutsom for woodsball. There are alot of things you can do with this gun. And by Smart Parts they have the Vibe and the Ion. The Vibe can run on CO2 and HP, and the Ion can be upgraded to tournament level. These three guns will run you about $100-200. BUT you can find used Ions with upgrades for around $150. Try PBnation.com for used guns.
Of these two- MG-7 because of more firing modes and price. but for around 150 you can get a smart parts vibe, which is much better than either by a large margin.
This bolt is an aftermarket accessory for most smart parts gun. This bolt lowers the operating pressure of the gun as well as helps the accuracy. The bolt fits any ion, vibe, SP-1, EOS, and Ion XE
