The other user talking about them being custom and you cant get them is wrong Matt & Jeff wear a style of jeans called 'Phat Pants' which had a normal waist, though usually worn a bit higher on the hips than normal jeans, with wide pipe-like legs or, a bit of a flare or bell at the bottom. They were popular among skaters, ravers, goths and 'gravers' (goth ravers) in the 90s. The brand most like Matt & Jeffs (and likely the ones they wear) are JNCO, but other brands include Kickwear, Caffiene, UFO, among others. Having just scoured a bunch of pictures of the boyz, nearly all of them have the small red tag, the tell tale sign of JNCOs.
Phats have had a small resurgence in recent years after nearly 2 decades of absence. Kikwear and JNCOs both reopened their companies in the last 5 years but havent not yet seen wide adoption in either mainstream or counter cultures yet like they did in the 90s.

∙ 15y agoThat is because Matt and Jeff Hardy customize their own clothing. They have been doing this since the beginning of their Wrestling days. This includes their flower tights when they jobbed at first, their new image with Michael Hayes, and with the Brood. This continued to this day!!
